1. Introduction

Welcome to Hillarich Business Machines Ltd. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including but not limited to security system installations, maintenance, and related business technology solutions.

2. Services Provided

We provide professional security system installations including:

• CCTV surveillance systems

• Alarm systems

• Business technology equipment

3. Payment Terms

All services require a 50% deposit upon signing of contract, with the balance due upon completion of work. Late payments will incur a 5% monthly charge.

4. Warranties

We provide a 1-year warranty on all equipment and installations against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or natural disasters.

5. Limitation of Liability

Hillarich Business Machines Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products and services.
